Empowered was founded by Emma Sayers, Occupational Therapist and Director of Empowered Occupational Therapy, Supports & Services.

Empowered provides occupational therapy and practical support services for children, adolescents and adults across home, school, work and community environments.

Our approach focuses on supporting participation, confidence and independence in everyday life through practical, person-centred and goal-focused supports tailored to individual strengths and needs.

We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and welcome referrals from participants, families, schools, support coordinators and allied health professionals.
